		<description>Actually, a 12 volt batter *could* do some damage... Our skin is pretty
resistive, but our innards, not so much... we&#039;re basically an aqueous saline
solution which happens to lend itself quite readily to carrying electrons.  If
you were to have open wounds on both hands as you grasped the terminals of a
12-volt battery, and the current could run through your blood vessels, across
your heart, and out the other hand, your heart just might get confused enough to
stop beating.</description>
